Responsibilities

• Engage all stakeholders (Business, Engineering, Architecture, Risk, and Cyber) directly through a variety of channels to serve as the voice of the customer - identify new capabilities, define product features, and work closely with development teams to launch those features
• Set strategic vision and drive your team’s roadmaps, and regularly engaging and updating Leadership and stakeholders
• Partner with engineering leadership across multiple teams, ensuring strong collaboration and alignment among your teams
• Own the product management practice within your organization, defining expectations and commitments and driving continuous improvement
• Operationalizing product metrics for the products you own and building business cases for new investment
• Influencing senior stakeholders to adopt your products and building buy-in and trust by sharing out the consequent business impact

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and / or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non-discretionary depending on the plan.
