Our commitment to innovation, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction has earned us numerous accolades and a reputation as a trusted leader in building control solutions.Position Overview : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team in delivering exceptional results in the design and execution of building automation systems (BAS). This role demands strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to drive performance through strategic planning, process excellence, and cross-functional collaboration.Key Responsibilities :

• Process Excellence

Ensure adherence to established engineering processes and procedures to maintain operational efficiency and project accuracy.

Recruit, onboard, coach, and retain high-performing engineers. Provide consistent training, mentorship, and development.

Cultivate strong relationships with internal teams, customers, contractors, and consulting engineers to foster trust and long-term collaboration.

Define, track, and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) to promote accountability and drive results.

Design and implement complex control systems.

Support sales with accurate estimating and proposal reviews. Contribute to change order pricing.

Develop monthly job completion targets and three-week lookaheads.

Coordinate with the controller to manage monthly budgets and customer billing.

Foster clarity, alignment, and cooperation across departments to meet business goals.

Stay up to date with BAS technology trends, products, and market positioning to guide the team effectively.

Enforce expectations and address underperformance consistently and fairly.
