This is a Hybrid role, with up to 3 days a week in office, in the Oakland, CA area.
You will be accountable to coordinate materials and equipment for Electric Vehicle Charging Station projects, customer driven as well as support Project Managers and project engineers to ensure project related materials and equipment are appropriately verified off material lists and delivered / confirmed to the correct location. You\'ll be reporting to a lead PM but may be working with Distribution and Transmission planning teams, logistic groups, operating districts, and storage facilities.
You will confirm availability of material, schedule and confirm delivery, and oversee issues with lack of materials and solutions. You\'ll handle and analyze data, prepare material status reports, and prepare presentations for project managers and leadership.
You will be familiar with material processes and procedures and have the ability to see issues and develop resolutions to improve efficiency. You will attend strategy meetings, summarize discussion points and action items, and follow up with responsible parties to ensure progress and completion.
