Technical Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Technical Troubleshooting : Resolve technical issues for customers, providing timely, effective solutions to enhance their experience
• AI Revolution Participation : Collaborate with cross-functional teams on the AI Revolution project, advancing AI initiatives and transforming the company's technological landscape
• Pattern Recognition in Customer Issues : Analyze and identify patterns in customer issues, using AI to anticipate and preempt potential problems, ultimately boosting customer satisfaction and retention
• Invoice and Payment Assistance : Support users with invoice and payment-related questions, coordinating with the Finance team as needed to ensure accurate and efficient resolutions
