IT Applications Support Specialist (S4 EWM)

In this role, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day IT activities as part of the SAP S4 Global template implementation to support the cGMP Clinical and Commercial Cell Therapy Manufacturing facilities in Ghent, Belgium. You will provide SAP support related activities across different SAP modules as well as integrations with external MES and eLIMS systems.

Liaise with Legend SAP Development team and 3rd parties on issue resolution as required.

Major Responsibilities

• Works as the first point of contact with the user community, service delivery of SAP S4 application support, and operations.
• Assesses / analyses S4 issues and determines support / problem resolution where applicable.
• Monitors and provides follow up instruction on outstanding issues in a timely fashion.
• Ensure major incident communication to management and internal customers.
• Appropriately escalates issues to S4 Development team (offshore, US based) and / or local management
• System Monitoring and Improvement (end-user access review procedures, etc.)
• Process Monitoring for IT internal process
