Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Vice President of Product Development to lead our next phase of growth. In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of our long-term product vision and translate it into a clear, prioritized roadmap. You will drive our transition from a single product to a dynamic multi-product platform that addresses the needs of our users.

Your background in AI and B2B SaaS is essential to identify market trends, customer needs, and innovations that will shape our product strategy. As a visionary leader, you will implement a structured yet flexible product development process to deliver high-quality, AI-driven products that create measurable business impact.

To qualify for this role, you should possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in product leadership, including at least 3 years at the VP level in a B2B SaaS environment. A proven track record in scaling a product organization and launching successful AI-powered or data-driven products is crucial.

The ideal candidate will also have a deep understanding of product management, design, and engineering, along with a passion for fostering a culture of trust, constructive feedback, and accountability within the team. This position balances strategic vision with operational excellence and emphasizes clear metrics, intentional design, and effective cross-functional collaboration.

In addition to product strategy, you will lead the team, represent the company externally, and ensure alignment between product decisions and the needs of frontline workers, as well as the strategic priorities of our customers’ leadership.
