Our Marketing Coordinator will execute influencer partnerships and organic social media campaigns across North America. This role focuses on day-to-day implementation, content creation, community engagement, and administrative support for influencer and social initiatives.
80% of this role is dedicated to the US market; 20% dedicated to the Canada market.
This role is a 12 month fixed term contract.

Yoto is a screen-free interactive audio platform for kids. We make carefully connected audio players that kids control, with no microphones, cameras or ads. We have a catalogue of audio that inspires creative play and learning with 1,000+ titles in our card store from top creators, publishers and labels - think Disney, Marvel, Roald Dahl and Universal Music. We also create Yoto Originals like BrainBots .

What you’ll be doing :
Influencer Marketing
Identify and engage influencers across US and Canada markets
Execute sample distribution and product seeding programs
Manage influencer onboarding process and contract administration
Coordinate content requirements and work with global teams to approve translations as required
Execute gifting campaigns and track product distribution
Work with PR teams to build and maintain a database of vetted creators for future campaigns
Report monthly on campaign performance and spend efficiency
Organic Social Media
Manage posting for NA social accounts
Adapt global content templates for market-specific context
Create market-specific content for national holidays and cultural events
Monitor and respond to community engagement
Coordinate with customer service team on inquiries via Social
Track social media trends and competitor activities
Provide weekly performance reports to global social team
Create organic social campaign wrap up reports & tracking
Create organic social briefs for creative studio
Basic “in-app” editing to react to relevant / ad-hoc social trends
General Marketing Support
Support product launches and market-specific campaigns
Coordinate with distribution partners on promotional materials
Maintain and update marketing calendar and event planning
Assist in processing vendor invoices and expense tracking
Assist in providing insights on Canadian market trends and opportunities
What you’ll bring :
Salary : $65,000 - $75,000 based on experience

Flexibility : Hybrid working with a choice based approach - we would love you to come into the Brooklyn office twice a week, if not more. Take advantage of our ‘work from anywhere’ policy to work from a different location for up to 6 weeks every year. Summer Hours policy to use between the months of June and August.
