Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Director of Pharmacy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations including management of staff, policies, procedures, hiring, training, and scheduling
- Prepare and verify prescriptions, collaborating closely with healthcare providers to ensure accuracy and patient safety
- Manage inventory ordering, control, and proper storage of pharmaceuticals and controlled substances in compliance with regulatory standards
- Maintain meticulous records for inventory, patient data, insurance claims, and controlled substances
- Enhance pharmacy environment by monitoring store appearance and responding promptly to customer inquiries and concerns
- Support retail pharmacy growth initiatives including new pharmacy openings and telepharmacy services
- Work closely with executive leadership regarding staff development and operational objectives
Qualifications :
