Accounts Receivable / Purchasing Temporary Position
Seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable / Supply Chain professional to support our Accounts Receivable (AR) and Purchasing functions. This role is critical to maintaining accurate financial records, supporting vendor compliance, and ensuring smooth operations between accounting and supply chain teams. The position is currently temporary, with potential for permanent placement pending headcount approval.

High school diploma or GED; associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business preferred. Minimum 2 years in AR, bookkeeping, or general accounting. Experience with AP and purchasing support preferred.
Accuracy in data entry, reliability in meeting deadlines, adaptability to system / process changes, strong organizational skills, clear communication with vendors and internal teams. Experience with modern AR automation tools, prior support of purchasing / admin tasks, and proficiency in multiple accounting software platforms.
Optional skills such as experience with invoice portals (COUPA, AEROEXCHANGE, EXOSTAR, TAULIA, SUPPLY ON, INVOICEWORKS) will be applied to streamline invoice processing, improve payment tracking, and enhance vendor communication. Familiarity with purchasing support and supplier surveys enables efficient vendor compliance and administrative follow-up.
Intermediate Level
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
