Qualities you’ll need to succeed : (with or without reasonable accommodations)

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, driving the performance of the store
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and empower team members
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills to increase productivity through coaching, and training
  • Demonstrate and cultivate Godfather’s Mission, Values and Culture at the store level
  • Knowledge of managing restaurant supply needs while controlling operational costs
  • Knowledge and experience in staffing and analyzing profit / loss statements
  • Technology skills including Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Ability to problem solve, set goals, and execute strategy
