Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Community Manager based in St. Louis, MO. The Community Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of community associations, including overseeing operations, managing budgets, maintaining property standards, and addressing homeowners\' concerns. The role requires regular communication with board members, vendors, and residents to ensure efficient and effective community management. Duties also include organizing and leading board meetings, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with community policies and regulations.
