We are currently hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to work with four individuals in their home in Coon Rapids.

As a Direct Support Professional, you’ll play a key role in supporting their goals, fostering independence, and enriching their daily experiences.

You will have the opportunity to engage with others going out to eat, shopping, and watching movies.

• Provide supports with Activities of Daily Living including personal cares Support in transportation to various appointments and activities Attend Doctors’ appointments and relay necessary information Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming living environment Complete household responsibilities, including laundry, housekeeping, and meal preparation / cooking.
• Teach valuable life skills Be a source of companionship, guidance, and advocacy.
• Document care accurately to ensures ongoing support.
• Participate in ongoing training, medication reviews, and health assessments.
