Contracts Coordinator

About this Role
InfoTrust is seeking a Contracts Coordinator to join our growing contracts team. In this role, you will help manage the daily contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiation to execution, primarily supporting our Sales team. You will work closely with our Contracts Specialist, enabling them to focus on larger strategic initiatives like CLM management, policy development, and compliance.
Responsibilities of the Contracts Coordinator :
- Manage the end-to-end workflow of designated contracts, including drafting, negotiation, and execution.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Delivery, Finance) and external customers to finalize Statements of Work (SOWs) and other agreements.
- Ensure the consistent application of InfoTrust's policies and standard language across all contract types to mitigate risk.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract data in our CRM (Salesforce) and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system We use IronClad.
- Assist the Contracts Specialist with projects related to process improvement, template management, and compliance initiatives.

You have experience in a contracts-focused role (e.g., paralegal, contracts administrator) or a formal legal education where you have applied your strong attention to detail and passion for helping the organization maintain and execute various contract frameworks, structure, and concepts.You have experience with or knowledge of the digital analytics, digital media, or a related professional services industry.You are proficient in the redlining and negotiation process, with the ability to balance business needs with risk mitigation.You possess strong business acumen, allowing you to balance the need for speed in the sales cycle with effective risk mitigation strategies.You are highly organized, process-driven, and a self-starter who is adept at version control and managing multiple contracts simultaneously.You are agile and flexible, with an ability to learn quickly and thrive in a dynamic environment that includes both well-defined and ambiguous situations.You are collaborative by nature, with excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.You possess strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.Bonus : Experience with a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system, such as Ironclad.
