Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience in a legal secretary role
• Experience in complex civil litigation
• Knowledge in filing in both superior and district court
• Proficiency in legal document preparation and clerical skills
• Proficiency in Word
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proficiency in using legal software and Microsoft Office applications
• An associate degree or certification in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or a related field is preferred
