Key Responsibilities
Own strategy and execution for driving customer adoption, retention, and expansion
Embed customer insights into company-wide decision-making and align with Sales, Product, and RevOps
Define success metrics and translate insights into strategies that improve customer outcomes
Required Qualifications
15+ years in Customer Success or related leadership roles, with 5+ years in large SaaS or edtech organizations
Proven track record of high NRR performance and customer satisfaction improvements
Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate strategically at all levels
Experience in building scalable processes that align CS strategy with growth goals
Deep understanding of customer lifecycle metrics and performance management frameworks
