Yearbook Representative / Graphic Designer

Grads Photography is seeking a passionate, detail-oriented, and motivated Yearbook Representative / Graphic Designer to join our dynamic creative team. This role blends client interaction and project coordination with hands-on graphic design for both print and digital media .

Primary Responsibilities :

• Develop engaging and brand-aligned designs for yearbooks, brochures, banners, flyers, and other marketing materials.
• Must be located near Chandler, AZ or able to commute to Chandler, AZ. Relocation assistance not available.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) to execute high-quality designs that align with brand guidelines.
• Manage and execute multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
• Provide prompt and professional support to clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) to support documentation and project organization.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to refine and execute design ideas that align with overall project goals.
