IAM Engineer

Location : Hybrid in Dallas

Compensation : $140K-$160K base + 10% annual bonus

Type : Full-Time | Permanent

A fast-growing investment and technology-driven firm is seeking a skilled IAM Engineer to join their Identity Management team. This is a hands-on role focused on designing, deploying, and optimizing identity and authentication services across cloud and on-prem environments.

• ??? Key Responsibilities :
• Architect and implement IAM policies across AWS Azure , and Active Directory
• Automate IAM processes and manage identity federation and role-based access controls.
• Collaborate with InfoSec and Compliance teams to ensure alignment with security standards.
• Support authentication technologies including SAML OAuth OIDC , and LDAP
• ? Ideal Candidate :
• 5+ years of experience in Enterprise IAM PAM , and cloud identity solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS IAM Microsoft Entra ID , and Active Directory
• Familiarity with Kerberos SCIM APIs , and multi-cloud environments.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
