Ecomm & Sales Assistant

Dreamwear is an industry leading creator of top quality, fashion-forward intimate apparel, shapewear and sleepwear. We own, license, and manage a diverse portfolio of brands that share our passion for quality, comfort, and trend, such as Danskin, Nautica, Juicy Couture, Marilyn Monroe, XOXO.

As we continue to enhance our Direct-to-Consumer Ecomm business, we are seeking a highly organized Ecomm Assistant to support our team. This role is ideal for someone who can quickly learn and manage existing processes, assist with both day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives, and become increasingly independent over time.

The Assistant will also provide administrative support to one of our Account Executives, requiring strong multitasking, prioritization, and execution skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES –

Catalog & Storefront Management

• In tangent with Ecomm Manager, maintain and update all brand storefronts, including new colors / styles.
• Work with graphics team to review A+ content generation.
• Conduct weekly listing reviews and necessary adjustments to ensure product pages are accurate.
• Help edit product copy, attributes, categorization and images to maintain brand consistency and license compliance.
