JOB TITLE : Lead Quality Assurance

JOB LOCATION : 3400 W. Plano Pkwy, Plano, TX 75075

DUTIES : Design and develop automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks : SPOCK, RESTAssured, Selenium, and Appium. Create and maintain automated test suites for regression, functional, integration, and performance testing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand software requirements and design test plans. Execute automated test scripts and analyze results to identify defects and ensure software quality. Perform manual testing as needed to complement automated testing efforts. Continuously enhance and optimize automated test frameworks and tools. Identify opportunities to improve test processes and methodologies. Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in software testing and automation. Document and report defects using issue tracking systems : JIRA. Work closely with development teams to reproduce issues and provide detailed information for resolution. Track defect resolution progress and verify fixes through automated and manual testing. Participate in Agile / Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive test coverage. Communicate test results, progress, and issues effectively to the team and management. Utilize Java / J2EE, Spock framework, Spring Boot, Kibana, POSTMAN, SOAPUI, Jenkins, Github, Kafka and SOLR.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS : Requires a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in a related occupation utilizing SPOCK, RESTAssured, Selenium, and Appium; and utilizing Java / J2EE, Spock framework, Spring Boot, Kibana, POSTMAN, SOAPUI, Jenkins, Github, Kafka and SOLR.
