A leading law firm in Las Vegas is seeking a motivated and experienced Associate Attorney to join its team. The firm specializes in various areas of law, including Workers' Compensation Defense, OSHA compliance, and industrial insurance litigation. This position offers the opportunity to grow professionally while working with a diverse range of clients such as employers, insurers, and third-party administrators.
Duties :
- Represent clients in court or before government agencies, both in person and remotely.
- Draft legal documents and correspond with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.
- Conduct legal research and provide sound legal advice to clients.
- Maintain and organize client case files using an electronic case management system.
- Meet or exceed monthly billing requirements.
- Strategize and plan case actions with attention to detail.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service.
- Stay updated on Nevada statutes and regulations relevant to industrial insurance and workers' compensation.
Requirements :
Membership in the Nevada State Bar in good standing.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple competing deadlines.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Knowledge and experience with electronic case management systems.Education :
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Must be licensed to practice law in Nevada.Certifications :
Active membership in the Nevada State Bar.Skills :
