What We Offer For Qualified Candidates

  • $500.00 Incentive Bonus to be paid in 2 tiers :

Tier 1 : Complete the 40-hour RBT training or provide proof of the 40-hour RBT training before new hire orientation, and attend new hire orientation as scheduled.

  • Tier 2 : Obtain the RBT certification within 90 days of hire.
  • Highly competitive pay depending on experience and availability.
  • Shift differential for weekend hours (up to $35.00 an hour).

    • Job Responsibilities

  • Provide 1 : 1 intervention service developed by a Behavior Analyst on ABA principles for children 18 months and older.
  • Teach individuals with special needs various skills needed for their optimal achievement.
  • Implement individualized treatment and intervention strategies using Applied Behavior Analysis principles, providing direct intervention and therapy services to children with autism and related disorders.
  • Work on skills like empathy, emotions, conversation, social skills, communication skills, pragmatic and self-help skills.
  • Create a fun, motivating environment to generate optimal performance for every client, collect data on programming targets, and support parents, teachers, and caregivers.
  • Continuous feedback, training, and support are provided.

    • Education, Experience, And Other Requirements

  • Required : 40 HR RBT Course or Registered Behavior Technician Certification (RBT).
  • Preferred : High School Diploma, Bachelor's or Master's Degree in the Human Service Field with a current RBT Certification.
  • Experience working with children with special needs.
  • Clean criminal background record.
  • Availability afternoons and evenings until 7 : 30 pm or 8 : 00 pm weekly. Preference given to applicants available on Saturdays 9 : 00-3 : 00 pm.
  • Able to lift 40 pounds.
  • All non-registered BTs are required to obtain their RBT within 90 days of hire.

    • Physical Demands

    The physical demands include talking or hearing, standing, using hands and fingers, and lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 25 lbs.

    Working Environment

  • Travel between client's homes is required.
  • Must be available to work afternoons and evenings until 7 : 30 pm or 8 : 00 pm.

    • Pay Rate : up to $28 hourly.
