Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / ABA Therapist – Colonial Heights, VA

Clinic-Based | Full-Time & Part-Time | $21.50–$26.00 per hour (based on experience & certification)

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver 1 : 1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in a clinic-based setting.
  • Implement individualized treatment and behavior plans designed by a BCBA.
  • Accurately record session data using digital tools.
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, fellow RBTs, and the clinical team.
  • Foster an engaging, supportive environment that promotes learning and progress.

    • What You’ll Need

  • Active RBT certification (required).
  • 1+ year of experience providing ABA therapy (preferred).
  • Compassion, patience, and dedication to helping children with autism succeed.
  • Dependable, motivated, and professional demeanor.

    • Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay : $21.50–$26.00 per hour, based on certification and experience.
