Travel Councilor

Position Title : Travel Councilor Client : Travelling Industry Location : Remote

Duration : 06 months (Contract to hire)

Schedule : All shift - and all time zone (Choose your preference)

Pay Range : $27 / HR - $30 / HR

Seeking 3 years of international, corporate travel experience.

Looking to predominantly fill evening & weekend shifts.

100% remote, no travel required.

Must have a quiet, dedicated space to work. These accounts are phone, email and Chat.

Must have hardwire for internet, wifi is not acceptable.

Contracts will be for 6 months with a strong possibility of extension or conversion to FTE.

Start dates will be Nov 17 (last day to offer is Oct 29th) & Dec 1 (last day to offer is Nov 12)

What we are looking for :

Passion for excellence in client service, including proactive anticipation of needs

• Native GDS expertise Amadeus

Professional communication (written and verbal)

Attention to detail

Act with integrity, and look after personal traveler information

Possess a strong understanding of the travel industry (background in business travel, leisure travel, or airline reservation)

Resolving customer issues quickly and independently / with supplier

Teamwork and openness to feedback

Our Traveler Care team is a 24 / 7 operation. We have specific colleagues dedicated to the night shift, however, please be flexible and prepared to work afternoon shifts (12-8pm) and weekends.
