Job Description

• Manage On-Site Operations : Oversee daily construction activities at multiple project sites, ensuring projects run efficiently and according to plan.
• Drive Project Progress : Coordinate and monitor subcontractors, suppliers, and construction teams to keep projects on track and meet deadlines.
• Ensure Quality & Safety : Implement and enforce strict quality control measures and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Deliver Projects On-Time : Develop and maintain construction schedules, ensuring timely completion while meeting project specifications and client expectations.
• Problem-Solve & Troubleshoot : Address any unexpected issues or delays on-site, implementing quick, effective solutions to keep the project moving forward.
