Maintenance Planner

Immediate Planner opening in Holly Springs! Pay : Up to $45 / hr! Schedule : Day Shift, Monday thru Friday. 8 : 00am to 5pm

Job Summary : The Scheduler Planner is responsible for providing planning and scheduling of all maintenance activities within the utility plant. This position will liaise with the maintenance teams and client to ensure required resources are identified, planned, estimated, organized and scheduled prior to execution for efficient utilization of the maintenance resources. This position will need to work closely with other functions in the business to support business goals. In addition, this individual will have responsibility to ensure applicable information / work order data is stored and maintained in client CMMS systems.

Job Responsibilities :

• Assists the Facilities Manager in various duties
• Works with Maintenance managers and assigns vendors and or groups of individuals as required to complete the work
• Coordinates client vendors with scheduling to ensure the contracted PM work and or corrective work is planned and scheduled with all teams and communicated with client
• Individual will be responsible for completing basic PMs and inspections on misc., utility assets and related documentation requirements
• Coordinates with client representatives to understand their needs and to ensure the work schedule takes account of the downtime / shutdown procedures
