As a Full Time Talent Services Senior Account Manager at isolved Talent Acquisitions, you'll dive into the heart of human resources while embracing the freedom to work from our Charlotte, NC; Dubuque, IA or Springfield, MA offices 3 days and 2 from the comfort of your house! (40 hours per week, 8-5 PM EST)

YOUR DAY TO DAY AS A TALENT SERVICES SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER

Step into the vibrant world of the Talent Services Senior Account Manager at isolved Talent Acquisition, where creativity and strategy collide! This dynamic role is a concoction of strategic client relationship management, technical implementation expertise, and innovative recruitment marketing. As the maestro of client success, you'll oversee everything from onboarding to ongoing campaign management, ensuring that client needs are not just met but exceeded.

Your mission? Partner closely with clients to understand their hiring aspirations and craft compelling recruitment strategies that elevate their employer brand. You'll juggle high-level strategic initiatives while also diving into the nitty-gritty of recruitment processes, all within a flexible, remote work environment. With responsibilities ranging from developing engaging content and optimizing job postings to providing tier-1 support and analyzing campaign performance, this role offers the perfect blend of challenge and reward for a proactive, analytical, and empathetic problem solver. ARE YOU A GOOD FIT FOR THIS TALENT SERVICES SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER JOB

Knowledge and skills required for the position are :

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Human Resources or a related field preferred
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in customer service, account management or technical implementation role
  • Experience in recruitment, ATS or technical support is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities required
  • Demonstrated proficiency in customer support, recruitment, technical implementation or relationship management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Strong ability to multitask with proven project and time management skills
  • Analytical mindset with robust data reporting capabilities
