Senior Accountant

As we scale, we're seeking a strategic and detail-driven Senior Accountant to own critical elements of our financial operations. This high-impact role will partner directly with leadership to drive financial clarity, operational efficiency, and scalable processespaving the way for Wellfit's continued growth and market expansion.
What You'll Own :
- Lead all month-end and year-end close processes with speed, accuracy, and audit readiness.
- Own AR / AP workflows, invoice management, and reconciliationsensuring financial integrity across the board.
- Deliver financial reporting and variance analysis that shapes business decisions.
- Build and maintain accounting infrastructure in partnership with our FP&A and operations teams.
- Continuously refine accounting procedures to support automation, scalability, and best-in-class compliance.
- Contribute to cash flow forecasting and optimization across multiple business units.
- Interface directly with external auditors and drive successful audit outcomes.
What You Bring :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA preferred.3+ years of public accounting experience or 5+ years in high-growth environments (a hybrid of both ideal).Hands-on experience across the full accounting lifecycle : AR / AP, cash management, purchasing, and expense control.Expertise with NetSuite or similar ERP platforms.Deep fluency in GAAP, internal controls, and financial compliance.Exceptional analytical skills and a proactive approach to process improvement.A collaborative spirit with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.Why Wellfit?
