A company is looking for a Sourcing Specialist to build and manage their legal talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct candidate screenings and network interviews for the legal community
Proactively source candidates through various channels, focusing on legal operations talent
Maintain and refresh legal talent lists to keep candidate pools current and engaged
Qualifications
Interest and / or experience in the legal industry strongly preferred
1-3 years of experience in legal recruiting, legal operations, or paralegal work preferred
Highly organized and detail-oriented with comfort in using technology platforms
Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or applicant tracking systems is a plus
Strong interest in leveraging technology for efficiency in recruiting processes
