Your Role
As our Office Manager , youll keep daily operations running smoothly from scheduling and customer coordination to bookkeeping and payroll. Youll play a key role in both office efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities :
Coordinate service calls and technician schedules in ServiceTitanHandle inbound calls with professionalism and empathyOrganize office documentation and maintain accurate recordsFollow up with customers after each job to ensure satisfactionAssist with interviewing and onboarding new staffManage company entries in QuickBooks (invoices, expenses, vendor payments)Prepare and process weekly payrollCommunicate with vendors and review quotes and invoicesWhat You Bring
2+ years in office management or service operationsStrong organization and communication skillsExperience with QuickBooks or ServiceTitan preferredCalm, detail-oriented, and team-focused attitudeSpanish or electrical experience is a plusWhy Join Us
