Marketing Operations Specialist

The Marketing Operations Specialist will play a pivotal role in supporting and managing the production of marketing and visual merchandising campaigns. The Marketing Operations Specialist will oversee the end-to-end process of production, ordering, management, and coordination for marketing and VM jobs as well as Co-op. They will collaborate closely with brand marketers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic marketing objectives. Additionally, this role will involve managing all orders, schedules, POs, invoicing, timely proof of execution (POE), installations and expenses related to marketing.

What You'll Be Doing

Project Management & Coordination :

• Oversee production schedules, ensuring all marketing and visual requests are fulfilled efficiently, with full visibility of all requests
• Manage marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring smooth execution across all stages.
• Develop and manage project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies, ensuring timely delivery and installation when necessary.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, brand marketers, and external vendors to drive project alignment and success.
• Monitor workflows using systems like Workfront, tracking due dates, statuses, delivery dates, and production details.

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work :

Some flexibility in hours is permitted, employee must be available during the "core" work hours of 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. Monday Friday and must work 30 hours each week to maintain full-time status. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Physical Demands : Office environment with frequent sitting, walking and standing, occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching and balancing. Frequent use of eye, hand and finger coordination enabling use of office machinery. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds. Oral and auditory enabling interpersonal communication as well as communication automated devise such as the telephone.
