As we enter a phase of significant growth across our state-of-the-art brewery, expanding Biergarten locations, and regional distribution network, we are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Marketing Manager to join our team and invite communities to "Drink Like a German."

The Opportunity Reporting directly to the President, the Marketing Manager is the engine of our marketing execution. You will be responsible for translating the leadership team's strategic vision into reality across all channels. This is a hands-on, highly cross-functional role that coordinates digital marketing, events, merchandise, PR, and creative execution to support our integrated business model (Brewery, Biergartens, and Distribution). You are the central coordinator ensuring our brand identity is consistently and flawlessly implemented everywhere.

Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing & Content Execution : Oversee and execute the digital strategy across social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), email marketing (CRM), website management, and e-commerce.

Manage the company-wide content calendar and editorial process.

Ensure all creative assets reflect our brand voice and modern, authentic visual identity.

Manage paid digital advertising coordination with external partners.

Execute marketing plans and tactics to drive foot traffic and sales to our Biergarten locations.

Promote events, live music, major festivals, menu launches, and private event bookings.

Execute marketing playbooks to support new Biergarten location openings during expansion.

Equip the sales team with materials, including POS, sell sheets, and packaging design coordination.

Support new product launches and expansion into new distribution markets.

Coordinate with the sales team on retail promotions and displays.

Brand Coordination & Creative Management : Maintain brand standards across platforms and locations.

Manage relationships with external vendors (designers, photographers, printers).

Oversee Prost merchandise and apparel lineup.

Utilize design software (Canva / Adobe Creative Suite) to create and adapt assets as needed.

B2B and Public Relations : Support B2B marketing efforts to generate leads for brewery services; coordinate PR efforts (drafting materials, media lists, tracking coverage).

Reporting & Analytics : Track KPIs across channels and monitor industry trends to provide leadership insights.

Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

3+ years of progressive marketing experience.

Experience in the Craft Beverage, Hospitality, or CPG industries preferred.

Hands-on proficiency with design software (Adobe Creative Suite and / or Canva).

Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication; strong collaborator and team player.

Deep understanding of digital platforms (social media tools, email platforms, Google Analytics, CMS).

Experience managing merchandise / e-commerce programs and coordinating PR is a plus.

A genuine passion for quality and authentic hospitality experiences.

Must be 21+

Physical Requirements Requires physical and mental stamina for a full workday.

Evenings or weekends for events as needed (e.g., festivals, grand openings).

Ability to travel locally.

Occasional lifting up to 30 lbs and helping with event setup.

Compensation and Benefits Salary Range : $65,000 - $80,000 (commensurate with experience)
