Morgan Stanley is seeking an HR Coordinator to join the HCM Service Delivery team. The role provides operational and advisory support to HR Business Partners, employees, and managers across the employee lifecycle, while driving process improvements and best practices.
- Provide day-to-day operational HR support for employees and managers (policy questions, offboarding, leave processing, employment verification, etc.)
- Support HR Business Partners on cyclical and ad-hoc processes (talent assessments, performance evaluations, promotions, compensation, audits)
- Manage job change transactions and track requests to completion
- Partner with global / regional HR colleagues on operational matters
- Proactively suggest process improvements and document best practices
- Ensure service delivery standards are met or exceeded
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience
- Strong multitasking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word; Visio a plus)
