Key Responsibilities
Partner with Sales leadership to translate revenue goals into operational plans and quotas
Design and continuously improve core sales processes and manage the sales tech stack
Lead forecasting cycles and provide insights for data-informed decision-making
Required Qualifications
10+ years in sales operations or revenue operations within a B2B SaaS environment
3+ years of experience managing and developing sales operations teams
Expertise with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization and forecasting
Demonstrated interest in AI tools and their application in sales operations
