Western National is seeking a Senior Loss Control Consultant to join our growing team. The individual in this role will manage a book of assigned service accounts, develop service plans, and provide ongoing consultation, assessments, and training. The individual in this role will also complete loss control surveys for a variety of accounts and report information regarding risks, exposures, and controls. Additional responsibilities include mentoring and sharing knowledge with others in the group and demonstrating leadership skills. The territory for this position is primarily Minnesota, with occasional travel to North Dakota, South Dakota, and northwestern Wisconsin. This individual will be supported by a team that also covers this territory. While rare, if at all, additionally, the individual in this role will need to have the ability to travel to other states for "help out" based upon workload needs.
