Position Overview :

They are seeking a motivated and driven Pre-Litigation Attorney to join our award-winning Personal Injury team in Los Angeles. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent law school graduate or newly admitted attorney who is passionate about helping injured victims and is eager to gain hands-on experience in personal injury law.

As a Pre-Litigation Attorney, you will work under the guidance of senior attorneys, managing a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through settlement negotiations. This role provides a unique opportunity to develop litigation-ready skills while making a real difference in clients’ lives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage a caseload of personal injury pre-litigation files under supervision.
• Conduct client intakes, evaluations, and maintain ongoing communication.
• Draft demand letters, legal correspondence, and settlement packages.
• Negotiate with insurance companies to secure maximum compensation for clients.
• Coordinate with medical providers, experts, and investigators.
• Maintain detailed case files and prepare matters for litigation if necessary.

Qualifications :

Salary and Other Compensation :

The annual salary for this position is between [$100,000 – $110,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography / market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
