Talent Acquisition Partner (All Levels Welcome)
Location : Colorado (Hybrid options if applicable) Employment Type : Full-Time Salary : $68,000$100,000 + Commission potential

What You'll Do :
- Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs across all departments.
- Source, screen, and engage top talent to meet hiring goals. This includes both admin and field staff clinicians : RNs, LPNs, CNAs, PT, OT, SLP.
- Lead or contribute to full-cycle recruitment efforts, from posting jobs to onboarding.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and internal teams to create an exceptional hiring experience.
- Help improve and shape our recruitment processes and employer brand.
