Job Description
The job involves overseeing daily jobsite operations for high-end restaurant construction, managing subcontractors, schedules, and site safety, ensuring quality control and adherence to design specifications, coordinating inspections and resolving field issues promptly, communicating progress with project managers and clients, and maintaining project timelines and budget compliance.

The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate is an experienced superintendent with a strong background in high-end restaurant construction, including both ground-up and interior build-outs valued at $5M and above. They have a sharp eye for detail, a deep understanding of premium finishes, and a proven ability to manage fast-paced commercial projects while coordinating subcontractors, schedules, and site safety. Experience with upscale brands such as steakhouses, fine dining chains, or luxury hospitality environments is essential. Strong communication skills, reliability, and the ability to travel or work locally in South Florida are key.
