Job Details

We are looking for a sharp, Assistant Property Manager to assist our Senior PM at one of our beautiful properties. This individual will ideally come with 2+ years of experience from Commercial Property Management. The individual should ideally come with software experience such as Yardi, MRI, MS Excel, Kardin, etc.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist with Contract Management and vendors
• Helping with tenant move-in's and tenant move-outs
• Assist with handling regular property inspections
• Help with tenant relations and customer service / requests
• Accounts payable processing weekly and assist in preparing annual budget
• Lease Administration
• Help managing on-site staff and support teams
