Key Responsibilities
Assist patients, caregivers, providers, and pharmacies via calls, emails, and chats
Provide support in a fully remote environment with flexible scheduling
Complete online assessments and submit internet speed tests as part of the application process
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ year of customer service experience
A quiet home workspace with wired high-speed internet (75+ Mbps download, 20+ Mbps upload)
Windows 10 / 11 PC (Intel i5 / AMD Ryzen 5+, 8 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD), webcam, and headset
Preferred : Remote experience, healthcare experience, or bilingual (English / Spanish)
