We are seeking an HVAC Technician to join a local HVAC company in Waukesha handling residential and commercial.

Pay : $30-40 / HR

Description : 40-45 hours per week

50% of health insurance, 401k offering. Standard benefits.

Use of company vehicle

5+ years of experience needed.

Looking for a technician who likes changing it up and working in lots of different areas.

Looking for someone who can do furnace replacement, furnace service, ac replacement, boiler service, and light construction (sheet metal work).

What do you mean by light construction :

• They do Installation and service to construction
• May do a small additions
• Hobby barns for example, companies that put up barns. They’ll come in and do in-floor tubing
• Put up Boiler walls, pumps, manifolds, controls.
• Maybe they install a Furnace and it includes putting in ductwork in that setting
• Commercial work : building wedding barn, do duct work for that.

Open to someone strong in HVAC service who is open to construction, or someone who is strong in installations / light construction who is open to servicing.

Hours : 7am – 3pm is typical day Mon - Fri

After hours : you are put on call 1 night a week, 1 weekend a month, minimal calls.
