Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound calls and communications, ensuring proper routing to care team members
Support medical records management, including processing faxes and maintaining patient documents
Assist with patient registration, insurance verification, and coordination of care activities
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
2+ years of experience in a healthcare setting
1+ year of call center experience or equivalent work experience
Certified / registered Medical Assistant or relevant experience preferred
Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA regulations
