Experience : 8-10 years in accounting role with audit and financial reporting experience. Public accounting and manufacturing experience preferred. Leadership Experience : 2-4 years of people management experience. Systems : Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Power BI or Tableau, and Python or SQL. Oracle experience preferred (FCCS, ARCS, Fusion). ERP implementation experience a plus. Skills : Experience with AI, automation, and data driven decision-making a plus. Interpersonal Skills : Customer focus, excellent leadership skills, and strong communication skills. Compensation : The expected annual base salary range for this role is $130,000- $170,000. This role qualifies for an incentive plan based on individual and company performance. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
