Social Media & Content Strategist :

We're seeking a  full-time Social Media & Content Strategist  to own and elevate our brand presence across social media platforms. This is a hybrid role combining strategic leadership with hands on content creation, ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity, organization, and

digital storytelling.

What You'll Do

• Lead social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.), growing reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Capture, create, and edit content for daily posts : including photos, short-form video, and behind the scenes moments.
• Organize and manage content production locally (onsite activations, retail space, and events) while coordinating with freelance creators nationwide to source content from activations in multiple cities.
• Maintain a content calendar that aligns with campaigns, partnerships, and brand moments.
• Leverage generative AI tools and editing software (bonus if you already know them!) to create, polish, and scale content faster.
• Analyze performance data and optimize content strategy to maximize ROI.
• Stay on top of cultural and social trends to ensure our brand voice is relevant and impactful.
