Alliance Nursing is a locally owned home health and adult family home company with a strong foundation and a growing regional footprint. We're hiring a healthcare industry-experienced Human Resources Manager / Generalist / Business Partner to help strengthen our core HR operations while supporting the organization through its next phase of growth.
This is a hands-on opportunity that blends day-to-day HR work with strategic partnership. You'll manage core HR functions like compliance, employee relations, and onboarding, while also advising leadership and helping shape processes and culture as we expand.
What You'll Do
You'll work closely with leadership, clinical teams, and recruiting to support both daily HR operations and long-term organizational goals. You'll manage the core functions that keep our teams thriving : compliance, employee relations, onboarding and orientation, benefits administration, credentialing, and offboarding. You'll also play a key role in recruitment and culture-building as we scale.
