Pay rate : $34.00 - $36.00 hourly on W2

JOB SUMMARY

Hours : Core hours are 8AM-5PM (CT); Location is Nashville / on site with flexibility

Must Have Skills :

• Prior compensation or stock plan administration experience
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP's)
• Strong communication and analytical skills

Education : BS degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field

Experience : 3-5 years of experience (preferred)

Summary :

Maintain the human resource records of an organization? employees.

Responsible for maintaining personnel documents as well as performing background checks, along with other employee-related activities.
