We have an immediate opening for a Maintenance Technician. Do you have experience with home repairs? Solid mechanical skills? We want to hear from you!

This position is responsible for a full range of maintenance services on Ranch homes. Duties may include general maintenance, minor electrical and plumbing work, painting, and drywall repairs.

To be considered, you must have a valid driver’s license, be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs. and be able to safely operate a variety of machinery and equipment including snowplows. This position requires you to work in all weather conditions. Being flexible in scheduling (able to work weekends and holidays) and resort maintenance experience will set you apart!

This is a regular, full-time, non-exempt position, working 4 x 10-hr days. Pay is from $23 / hr. based on skills and experience.
