Job Purpose
Lead the development and execution of innovative technical strategies and solutions across Mass Production, Business Planning, and New Model initiatives to effectively achieve or surpass targets in Safety, Environment, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Morale.
Key Accountabilities
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
Minimum Educational Qualifications Bachelor’s or associate degree in engineering or engineering technology with relevant experience (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial or Electrical, etc) with interest in Manufacturing.
Minimum Experience Co-op experience within Manufacturing is preferred but not required
Other Job-Specific Skills
Computer-literate to support industry-standard software applications
Positive attitude, open-minded & team player
Strong self-motivation and desire to work in a manufacturing environment
Self-managed and able to provide and set direction for others to be successful
Demonstrates leadership capabilities
Demonstrate strong communication (verbal / written) skills
Ability to multi-task and solve complex problems thru analysis to propose and implement appropriate countermeasures based on timing, quality, and cost.
Strong technical analysis and troubleshooting skills
Ability to manage projects
