Key Responsibilities

• Drive New Business : Proactively target and convert new sales opportunities, build a strong pipeline, and create lasting partnerships by understanding each customer's unique shipping needs.
• Own the Carrier Network : Source, negotiate, and secure top-performing carriers. Manage the shipment process beginning-to-end, delivering results on-time and keeping customers informed every step of the way.
• Stay Compliant & Accurate : Maintain accurate records and ensure every shipment meets company standards and industry regulations.
• Lead with Market Intelligence : Stay ahead of the curve on trends, competitor moves, and market shifts to seize opportunities and outperform the competition.
• Manage & Develop a Team : Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve sales and operational goals. Foster a collaborative, performance-driven culture while coaching individuals for professional growth.
