Job Title : Accounts Payable Coordinator

Location : Support Center – Louisville, KY (Onsite)

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Summary :

Responsible for processing and verifying invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments, and maintaining organized financial records.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform data entry and process invoices for payment.

Verify invoice accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

Reconcile bank accounts and maintain payment records.

Track and prioritize invoices according to payment terms.

Support audits and maintain documentation compliance.

Preferred Skills :

Experience in Accounts Payable or accounting support.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Proficient in data entry and basic accounting systems.
