Responsibilities

Client Interaction : Actively engage with clients to understand their home and auto insurance needs and provide suitable solutions.

New Customer Acquisition : Drive sales by acquiring new customers and effectively managing prospects.

Policy Design : Customize insurance solutions that meet client requirements and provide peace of mind.

Cross-selling and Up-selling : Identify opportunities to enhance customer portfolios by offering additional coverage options and policies.

Customer Retention : Focus on building long-term relationships with clients to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

Knowledge Update : Keep abreast of industry trends, product knowledge, and changes in regulations to offer accurate advice.

Requirements

Licensing : Must hold an active Texas Property & Casualty License.

Experience : Minimum of one year in insurance sales, specifically in home and auto insurance.

Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Sales Acumen : Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Customer-Focused : Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
